Founding Board
Debbie Watson
Debbie has spent her life helping others professionally as a registered nurse and privately through her philanthropic efforts. Debbie's selflessness and concern for others started at an early age and has developed into the primary focus and purpose for this next chapter of life. Realizing how her actions can affect others was the catalyst for Angelic Kindness and her experience in business, nursing, mental health, and charitable partnerships provides the foundation for this new charitable organization.

Mary Spiros
Mary has dedicated the better part of her adult life in service to others through her career in the non-profit sector and her volunteerism with several community service organizations. Despite being on the receiving end of hate at times in her life, Mary believes that a world where people choose kindness first is possible and is dedicated to making that happen through AK.

James Horton
James lives a philanthropic life, having been taught the importance of helping others early on. He received early support from Debbie and she has become part of his chosen family. She has helped teach James the importance of helping others out and using your skill set for the better good. Having seen firsthand the importance of mental health, James believes we are all born with something special that is meant to make someone smile. A joke, a cup of coffee or just kind words. He is looking towards all of the kindness that will be shared through AK.

Board Members
Gary Hoffman
Simply put, Gary joined Angelic Kindness to help others. Whether an individual or a family he is there to help. He is active in the community and sees firsthand the need to spread kindness wherever he can. Throughout his career, he was always the “go-to” person and he has carried that role into his volunteer work with various charities, including being a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. In Gary’s own words, “ I have learned to appreciate what we have, and it motivates my wife and I to help people that are less fortunate.”

Sharon has been an avid supporter of many charities and was extremely excited to join Angelic Kindness. Sharon says, “It is a real hands-on experience and you immediately feel the joy and gratitude of helping someone in need.” Retirement has given her the time to work with local government for the betterment of the community as well as travel with her husband of 21 years, Gary. Sharon encourages everyone to get involved with Angelic Kindness because the whole family can get involved. “I’ve made new friends and enjoyed new experiences, it’s a great feeling.”
